Go here now. The banh mi bread is perfect, shatteringly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and loaded with delicious traditional cold cuts (chicken, pork etc also available.) The noodle bowl is fresh and tasty and the summer rolls were the best I have had in a long time. We will be back!

Truly enjoy the food here. Bahn Mi is very very delicious. I get it add spicy basil and sriracha with chicken. Sesame balls for desert. Summer roll always fresh and vibrant. Service with a smile keeps me returning whenever I roll through Amherst!

Tried this place as I was craving Pho. We dined in for lunch. Menu was reasonably priced. I ordered beef pho, shrimp spring roll, my fiance had ban mi with the fries. Food looked and seemed fresh, all very tasty. The fries were heavily salted though, we still ate them because they were good. Atmosphere was quiet, very clean(including rest room). Employees were very nice as well. I would return.

I got takeout here today - the vegetarian Pho, the tofu noodle bowl, and the tofu rice bowl. All were delicious and seemingly used high quality ingredients. Super vegetarian friendly and super quick service (ready 10 minutes earlier than expected)! My only complaint is that I felt like there was not much tofu in each dish so it wasn't as filling as I would have liked; however, it is still a very good, light meal. Can't comment on atmosphere as I only got take out.

Hands down the best Vietnamese food in Amherst! We tried the tofu noodle bowl, their pho special (beef spicy lemongrass pho), the egg rolls, spring roll, and a sesame bun. The tofu noodle bowl was delicious and extremely fresh. The pho was very savory and a little spicier than expected but I loved it! The egg rolls are vegan, and they were a nice crunchy appetizer. The spring roll was HUGE and tasted so fresh. Lastly, ooh the sesame bun. We ate it at the end and it was still warm and soft. Perfect level of sweetness to wrap up the meal! They also serve Boba teas here, which we'll try at a later date but we were too stuffed to consume anymore.

I had been interested in trying pho after watching an Australian cooking show, I was fascinated. I saw this place and pho on the menu and I knew I had to try it, to my excitement I saw the spicy option! Well.... I was hooked straight away, the broth flavors are just perfect. I love the fresh items on the side to add once you are ready to eat it. I have had this at least once a week since and can't stop telling everyone who will listen about it. I have not been able to try anything else because I just can't not order pho... and I have tried. My husband has had the banh mi sandwich and loved it too. The restaurant is clean and the staff are very friendly. It makes me look forward to going to work since it is right around the corner from it! One of these days I am going to try those fries! Omi Omy lives up to their name.

The shop's space is mainly for take-away. Customers choose the dish or order in advance and then pick it up. I had already gone to the market, so I sat down to eat. The bread is quite suitable for people who eat a lot like me the crust is crispy and the filling is thin and very fragrant. I chose grilled beef (steak), full flavor, the salty taste of the spicy sauce (fish sauce, garlic, and chili pepper), and a little lemongrass, pepper, coriander, and onion contributed to the spicy aroma of the dish. The beef was neither tough nor soft, the owner probably chose the beef shank with a bit of tendon, marinated it with spices, and stir-fried it a few times, that was more than enough!

Coming from the Bay Area, rich with Vietnamese food - this is the spot for a hefty bahn mi! Sandos are always loaded and delicious!
